It is important to maintain healthy bones and joints not only to keep healthy now but to be healthy later. KIt is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and prepare for later. By the age of 60 or sometimes even sooner almost everybody suffers from Osteoarthritis (OA) in at least one joint in their bodies. When or how bad we have OA depends largely on our lifestyles now. Aside from Osteoarthritis, we are prone to develop other such diseases in our old age. Such as Osteoporosis and Scoliosis.
