Fatigue
Fatigue is a condition we all suffer from time to time. It comes from being overworked or just being really tried but there is also a more serious type of Fatigue. It is called Chronic Fatigue. Chronic Fatigue has similar symptoms to Fatigue but they are felt more severely and for a longer period of time. It develops over some time and starts lowering your energy level as well reducing your mental capacity. Any type of Fatigue at this level, interrupts your life and makes it difficult to concentrate and makes it hard to be interested in the things you usually do. In addition sometimes it seems to happen and go on with no real apparent cause. This could have an underlying cause and it is important to talk to a doctor if it goes on for too long.
